Solid service, few minor points
I got the contactless payment hardware from RA PayTech. The setup itself was pretty straightforward, and the pricing was competitive compared to other processors. Funds usually deposit within 2 business days, which is good. My only small gripe is that customer service can be a bit slow to respond to emails sometimes. Phone support is better, but I prefer email for documentation. Overall, it's a very solid choice for payment processing for my small retail store. The fraud prevention tools also seem to be working well.

This is my third time using RA PayTech for a new business. I went with their point of sale system again, same as before. The transaction rates were consistent with what I got last time.
